The Tiny Internet Project!

The goal of this exercise was to try and see how many useful internet apps I could put together to have a relatively decent web experience and not go over 1 mb in size for the whole project. The list of programs isn't pefect, but I think I did ok.

I did go slightly over my goal and ended up with a 1.02mb final size, but I'm happy. The file size I counted was the size at which it was when downloaded, be it zipped, RAR, or .exe. I followed the same convention as Xtort.net's Floppy Office, though I did not include a zipping app in my list. Unlike Floppy Office, I'm just providing a list of links to the apps since I don't have the permission of the authors to zip them into one download. Nobody's denied me permission, I just haven't asked.
